George Bernard Shaw and Fitzroy Street, Fitzrovia: Literary London #11

George Bernard Shaw lived here with his mother from 1881 to 1886, where he began his unsuccessful novel Cashel Byron's Profession. From here, Shaw moved to Osnasburgh Street before Fitzroy Square.
